Shehu Sani has pulled back from the senatorial primary decision of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Kaduna Central.
Sani, who is at present senator representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District in the Senate, declared the withdrawal in an announcement issued by his Media Aide, Abdulsamad Amadi in Kaduna on Saturday.
“We wish to illuminate the overall population that Sen. Shehu Sani isn’t a piece of, and isn’t taking an interest in an indicated Kaduna Central APC senatorial primaries.
“The workplace of Senator Shehu Sani has not, and won’t send anyone as its delegate or operator to that lawlessness that some urgent individuals are sorting out.
“This is on the grounds that the national initiative of the APC has not booked any senatorial primaries in Kaduna focal today.
“Therefore, anyone that goes there does as such at his or her own freewill and does not in any case speak to the enthusiasm of Sen. Shehu Sani.
“The Senator and his group are reputable subjects and faithful gathering individuals who will dependably comply with the mandates of the National authority of our awesome gathering,” Sani said.
Then, more than 3, 200 agents are partaking in the senatorial primaries occurring at the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua Multipurpose Sports Hall, Kaduna.
Four competitors are in the race for the gathering’s ticket to speak to the Kaduna Central senatorial zone.
They are: Malam Uba Sani, Special Adviser on Political and Intergovernmental Affairs to Gov. Nasiru El-Rufai; Sani Saleh who lost the seat to Shehu Sani in 2015 general decisions; Usman Ibrahim, a representative, and Shamsideen Shehu Giwa
